Strawberry Peanut Butter Chia Pudding 🍓

Spent a beautiful afternoon with @alittledaybrunch in celebration of #WomensMonth ! The theme of the event was “Betting on Myself” and it was so great to meet new women and hear about their passions, aspirations and backgrounds. I left with my heart and stomach full. I also am in awe and inspired by so many of the people I met today! 🤍

Having a morning routine has been such a game changer and I totally recommend everyone at least try sticking to one and seeing how it affects their day! I have been pretty consistent these last few months and noticed that after my routine is done, I start the day feeling more relaxed and focused. Here are some things that make my mornings special:

Last night I got the chance to make a delicious salmon dinner with @dailyharvest and @andybaraghani in celebration of the new launch of the @dailyharvest grains! Grains are a blend of unique whole grains, vegetables and legumes. It was so easy to whip these together while we made the rest of our meal. I totally recommend trying the Curried Brown Rice + Green Chickpea variety but there are 3 other distinct and balanced flavors that pair with so many foods. If you have a busy work week like I do, grains are perfect to eat on their own of pair with a protein because you can make them in minutes!

St. Patrick’s Day might be over but here’s a friendly reminder not to forget your greens!
